The latest version of our Refund Policy is always available on our website, and it is crucial that you review all policy pages before making any purchases.
Money-Back Guarantee
- The 3-day money-back guarantee applies only to first-time sign-ups. If you have previously had an account with us, canceled it, and signed up again, you are not eligible for a refund. This policy also applies to any additional accounts opened.
- Refunds are not available for all packages. Please check our free packages for details before purchasing.
Late Payment and Fees
- For service renewals, invoices will be generated 7 days before the due date. It is your responsibility to make payment on time to avoid service suspension or termination.
- Services will be suspended 5 days after the due date and terminated 8 days after the due date. We are not responsible for any files or content in your hosting plan if your service is terminated due to non-payment.
- A late fee will be added to your invoice if payment is not made before suspension. This late fee must be paid to reactivate your service.
Payment and Account Setup
- Accounts paid via credit card, debit card, net banking, or PayPal will be set up immediately upon payment confirmation.
Cancellation and Refund Requests
- Cancellation requests should be sent through the client area. Refund processing may take 3 to 7 business days.
- Refunds will not cover taxes, setup fees, processing fees, postal charges, or any bank fees.
- Refunds will not be issued if services are suspended or terminated for cause, if the account violates our terms of service, or if the refund request is made after the 3-day period.
Account Suspension and Termination
- Accounts will be suspended on the day after the due date and terminated on the 5th day from the due date if payment is not received.
- Accounts may be terminated for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Voluntary cancellation: Immediate suspension and termination within 24 hours.
- Expiration cancellation: Suspension at the end of the subscription period and termination within 24 hours thereafter.
- Violation of terms of service: Immediate suspension and termination upon notification of the violation.
- Fraud or unresolved disputes: Immediate suspension and termination if verification or dispute resolution is not provided.
Data Backup and Liability
- It is advised to maintain a backup of your data. Upon termination, all files will be deleted, and Cloudwifizone.com Wifi Network Solution will not be liable for data loss.
Outstanding Balances
- We will not activate new orders or services for accounts with outstanding balances.
Dedicated Package Resource Usage
Our dedicated packages may be advertised as "unlimited," but this is subject to fair use of resources. If your usage exceeds 1 million vouchers, you will incur additional fees. This term is acknowledged and accepted at the time of purchase, and no questions regarding this term will be entertained.
